How stupid can someone get??..I just had an encounter with this HOD wannabe. She's nuts..she's out of her mind. Why do i get to encounter such people in my life.
This is the same woman who made me burn 350 cds and promised me that she will help me..my a*@ she did. I was left alone to do all of in it in just 2 days. That's past. Today she asked me to record black for 10 cameras. The tapes were brand new. Still wrapped in plastic. Who does she think i am to peel every single tapes, put them in the camera and record black for her. Its ok if i have to record 5 secs for each of it. However..this smart woman wanted me to record black throughout the whole tape!!??..wth....i argued with her that 5 secs was enough. She insisted that you have to do it for the whole tape. Again i repeated that 5 secs is enough. Again she insisted that she was taught to record the whole tape black before beginning to record. I didn't bother arguing back. Let her do what's right. I will teach the right things to my students. In the end i told her to do the recording herself and that i will help to recharge the batteries and put the tapes back in their casings. Thats about all i will do after what happened last year. Reminds me of the incident where my neighbour told me rice was protein!!..i just kept quiet and nodded my head.
On the bright side. It's great coming back to school. It's been 3 weeks since i came back and i am so happy that the students still remember my name and their enthusiasm to see me has grown. No kidding..i like the attention that i get. Not trying to be arrogant here, but i seriously feel like a movie star when i am in the school. Students call out my name no matter how far they are and the go HI MISS SITI!!!..till a teacher commented that i had a fan club in the school. The kids..they really make my day and my job worthwhile...hehe i can feel my head expanding.
